Things worth knowing about training:
- Prerequisite: Secondary school leaving certificate
- Duration of training: 3.5 years
- Vocational school: Städtische Berufsschule I für Metall- und Elektrotechnik Regensburg
1.5 days per week (alternating 1 and 2 days per week) - Examinations:
- Part 1 after 1.5 years, theory and practice; the result determines 30 % of the overall examination mark; performance assessment with PAL tasks
- Part 2 after 3.5 years, theory and practice; project-related examination with CAD part; the result determines 70 % of the overall examination mark.
